English is FUN! :D

Our English Subject is with a cute and very witty teacher, Ms. Alma Almerol. At first thought, English was easy but it was not. For me it’s hard.

During elementary days it was easy like the verbs and other things but now I got mislead.

I sometimes misinterpret the lesson but ofcourse English really needs common sense
Let’s talk about our English teacher, as what I’ve said above she is Ms. Almerol, she was childish.

She always tells us “Oy Bakla!” but it’s okay she’s funny.

We are glad to have a teacher like that because we are kinda close?

But sometimes (being honest huh?!) she’s nakakalito so I sometimes misinterpret our lessons.

But English is COOL with our CUTE teacher

Afro-asian poems are useful for us; just try to imagine that without these poems we may not truly understand the feelings of African and Asian people in the world. African and Asian mostly have common when it comes to some features of the poems such that they deal about nature, the poems...

Afro-Asian Poetry as an art of Communication.

09/12/2011 20:10
Afro-Asian poetry somewhat portrays the tragedies, experiences and their lives when they have been conquered by the Western Colonizers several years ago. One example of this is Africa by David Diop, the poem tells about the life of the Africans that they are craving for freedom on the...

Feelings about it

How I see Afro-Asian Poetry

08/12/2011 22:08
As we all know, Afro-Asian literature is a mix of African, Arab and Asian ethnicity with their resemblance to each other. It may include a viewpoint of life which is profoundly and thoughtfully pleasant. There’s a focus on the developing nations from which were once overcome by stress....

If I went to Heaven

09/12/2011 21:04
If I went to heaven, and God said, “Aggrey, I am going to send you back, Would you like to go as a White man?” I should reply, “No, send me back as a Black man, Yes, completely black.” And if God should ask, “Why?” I would reply, “Because I have work to do As a Black man...

05/12/2011 22:35
NEW MOON I looked up the sky, and there she stood, A new phase of the ever smiling moon, With a gorgeous charm she gladly glowed Wearing her crescent in a concave curve, Reminding all again of her newness come,  And that life has come to another curve. I reviewed my wishes and...

A River

09/12/2011 21:39
In Madurai, city of temples and poets, who sang of cities and temples, every summer a river dries to a trickle in the sand, baring the sand ribs, straw and women's hair clogging the watergates at the rusty bars under the bridges with patches of repair all over them the wet stones...

Alone in her Beauty

09/12/2011 21:44
Who is lovelier than she?  Yet she lives alone in an empty valley.  She tells me she came from a good family  Which is humbled now into the dust.  ...When trouble arose in the Kuan district,  Her brothers and close kin were killed.  What use were their...

One

09/12/2011 21:45
The Tao that can be spoken of is not the eternal Tao. The name that can be named is not the eternal name. The nameless is the beginning of heaven and earth. The name is the mother of the ten thousand things. Send your desires away and you will see the mystery. Be filled with...

09/12/2011 21:46
Under heaven nothing is more soft and yielding than water. Yet for attacking the solid and strong, nothing is better; It has no equal. The weak can overcome the strong; The supple can overcome the stiff. Under heaven everyone knows this, Yet no one puts it into...

The Lotus

09/12/2011 21:44
In the deep sequestered stream the lotus grows, Blooming fresh and fair in the morning sun. Its glowing petals hide the clear autumn water, And its thick leaves spread like blue smoke. Alas! in vain its beauty excels the world. Who knows? Who will speak of its rare...
